Workshops
Pulling your event apart and putting it back together.
I taught this for years before I did it for companies. I’d like to do it more.
What happens
We answer the five questions out loud, from the attendee’s chair.
Not from the org chart, and not from last year’s debrief. We walk the whole thing the way a guest walks it, and we say the answers out loud in front of each other, which is the part that makes it work.
Usually three or four hold up and one falls apart. The one that falls apart is why last year felt flat, and it is almost never the thing the team came in worried about.
You leave with the diagnosis, the order to fix things in, and a decision nobody wanted to make in a meeting.
No icebreakers. No sticky notes on a wall that get photographed and never read again.
The invitation
Bring me your event and your team.
Tell me what the event is, when it happens, and what is bothering you about it. If a day in a room is the wrong answer, I’ll say so.
