Advising

You’ve had enough meetings about it. Bring me the interesting stuff.

No deck. No discovery phase.

One to one. An honest conversation and the problem you actually have.

Founders, event directors, and people building something that needs a room. You bring the real problem, not the tidy version of it, and we work on it directly rather than around it.

Sometimes that is one call. Sometimes it is a standing hour every month while you build. I would rather be genuinely useful for an afternoon than retained for a year and consulted about nothing.

What people bring me

The first one
An event that doesn’t exist yet, and a room full of people who don’t know they want it.
The plateau
It worked for years and now it doesn’t, and nobody can say exactly when that started.
The model
The event is loved and the P&L doesn’t work. These are usually the same problem.
The brand
You know what you built. You can’t get anyone to feel it in twenty minutes.

The invitation

Start with the thing keeping you up at night.

Write to me with what you’re building and where you’re stuck. I read everything that isn’t an obvious AI pitch.
