These terms govern the text message program offered by Robyn Duda Creative LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our SMS program sends reminders and updates about events you sign up for, such as the free live talk on October 22. Messages are promotional in nature.
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, you agree to receive promotional text messages sent via an autodialer from Robyn Duda Creative LLC. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You will receive up to about four messages around an event. Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply, according to the terms of your mobile plan.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email us at hi@robynduda.com. After you text STOP, you may receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page.
