When you sign up for an event, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile phone number. We also collect basic, privacy-first website analytics (such as page views and referring sites) that do not personally identify you.
To send you the event details, reminders, and updates you signed up for; to send our newsletter if you subscribed; to respond to your messages; and to understand and improve our site and events.
If you opt in to text messages, we use them to send reminders and updates about the event you signed up for, delivered through our messaging provider. Message frequency varies; for a single event, expect up to about four messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing hi@robynduda.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted providers to run our email, text messaging, e-commerce, and website (for example, our email platform, our SMS platform, our online store, and our website host and analytics). They process information only to provide those services to us, under their own privacy and security obligations.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
